The Grove is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house in the heart of the bustling village of Birchgrove, Cardiff. The property boasts a spacious living area that's tastefully decorated with ample seating for guests along with an adjoining dining area that has a large table with 6 chairs, ensuring all guests can comfortably enjoy a meal together. The large kitchen will meet all of your needs with the addition of a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine for added convenience. The property benefits from an additional lounge area with Smart TV to the rear of the kitchen including bifold French doors doors which open up onto a large garden space outside. Upstairs, you will find 3 beautifully decorated rooms, each comprising of a double bed with ample storage for your belongings. You'll find a main bathroom on the upper floor with both bath and shower facilities as well as all other amenities you should expect to find. Please note: The fireplace in the living room is display only and we ask that guests do not use this. Central heating is provided throughout the property so you can be sure you will have a comfortable stay.
Guests will have access to the entire house with on street parking nearby. On street parking can be found on nearby side streets, approximately 150 yards from the property itself. Please be mindful of signage and permit only bays when parking on side streets.
